I have had this Aloe plant for years and, while I managed to keep it alive, it never really flourished. I wasn't really sure where I was going to put it at the new place so it has been sitting next to the veranda- no water but a fair bit of dew each morning. The thing has flourished. There are five or six little runner plants and it started FLOWERING. The birds and butterflies love it..

About this blogThis is a diary of my garden and a record of the successes and "learning opportunities" that gardening brings. With a focus on edible plants that grow in central Queensland (sub tropical with occasional frost in winter) I am using it to track when I plant/harvest and how the different plants grow Archives
